Investor Charter
Chapter IX of the SEBI Master Circular for Debenture Trustees dated 13th August, 2025 mandates that SEBI-registered Debenture Trustees shall take necessary measures to bring the Investor Charter to the attention of investors, including the dissemination of the Investor Charter on their websites. In accordance with the said requirement, the Investor Charter is provided below:
