IDBITrustee respects your privacy and gives you full control over your personal data. This Account Deletion Policy explains how you can request deletion of your account and what happens to your data after deletion.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request to delete your IDBITrustee account using any of the following methods:
In-App Method
- Open the IDBITrustee mobile application
- Go to Profile / Settings
- Tap on Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Email Request Method
You may also request account deletion by sending an email to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your registered mobile number / email
- Your full name
- Reason for deletion (optional)
2. What Happens After You Request Deletion
Once your request is submitted:
- Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 working days
- You will no longer be able to log in
- Your profile and personal information will be removed
- Any active subscriptions/services will be terminated
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
The following data will be permanently removed:
- Personal profile information
- Login credentials
- Contact details
- App usage data linked to your account
- Preferences and saved data
4. Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes:
- Transaction / financial records (if required by law)
- Fraud prevention and security logs
- Data required for legal compliance
This retained data will not be used for marketing and will be stored securely.
5. Re-Registration
After account deletion:
- You can register again using the same mobile/email
- Previous data cannot be restored
