Mr. Subrat Udgata brings 35+ years of cross-functional expertise to his role as Executive Vice President at IDBI Trusteeship Services Ltd (ITSL). Specializing in business development in trusteeship operations, he drives the relationship with leading corporate entities on matters of corporate bonds, NCDs, and infrastructure finance besides other areas.
His career is defined by a rare versatility, having navigated the nuances of Life, Non-Life Insurance, and Mutual Funds before expertise in the Trusteeship sector.
A strong advocate for the future of finance, Subrat is currently a vocal proponent of ITSL’s specialized succession planning services.
An alumnus of IIM Indore (Advanced Leadership Program) and NIA Pune (Fund Management), Subrat has also completed a Post Graduate course in PM & IR.
He consistently bridges the gap between legacy financial stability and modern, technology-driven growth to drive client success.

Mrs. Anjalee Athalye is a skilled professional and holds multiple degrees like LLM, LLB, B.A (Economics) and DBM (Weschool). She is also NISM certified and Mumbai University Gold Medallist in Jurisprudence & Comparative Law. She is an industry expert with overall 20+ years of experience in Capital Markets.

She is known for her strategic leadership, customer centric approach, superior people & relationship management skills which has enabled scaling up New Businesses & High Impact Teams across domains. Since last 17 years in ITSL Mrs. Anjalee has successfully handled Public Issues of Debentures and Masala Bonds. She has contributed the most towards company turnover, achieving new heights and reaching new peaks of success.

Mr. Nikhil Lohana plays a key role in driving ITSL’s business growth by fostering new client relationships and managing existing ones across diverse service offerings in India. A Commerce and Law graduate from Mumbai University and a Company Secretary (Executive) from ICSI, Nikhil brings over a decade of expertise in the legal and trusteeship services sector. Since joining ITSL in 2014 as part of the operations team, he has been instrumental in overseeing debenture and security trusteeship functions, contributing to the company’s pioneering position in the industry.

Prior to ITSL, Nikhil worked with several leading law firms in India, gaining extensive experience in Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Due Diligence, and Compliance. His deep industry knowledge and strategic leadership has been instrumental in driving company’s success, leading to exceptional growth and reaching unprecedented levels of success.

He has completed his Masters in Commerce from Mumbai University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI. Ganesh brings 15+ years of expertise in the banking and financial services sector.
