Mr. Nikhil Lohana plays a key role in driving ITSL’s business growth by fostering new client relationships and managing existing ones across diverse service offerings in India. A Commerce and Law graduate from Mumbai University and a Company Secretary (Executive) from ICSI, Nikhil brings over a decade of expertise in the legal and trusteeship services sector. Since joining ITSL in 2014 as part of the operations team, he has been instrumental in overseeing debenture and security trusteeship functions, contributing to the company’s pioneering position in the industry.
Prior to ITSL, Nikhil worked with several leading law firms in India, gaining extensive experience in Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Due Diligence, and Compliance. His deep industry knowledge and strategic leadership has been instrumental in driving company’s success, leading to exceptional growth and reaching unprecedented levels of success.
